is there a serial number on it?
I tried to figure it out, but those dropouts are really strange and I can't find anything like them. You might want to try posting it here though.

I got the frame, S&M pitchforks, FSA sky pilot HS, shadow seat, thompson post for $40. I already know I got a super deal but trying to find out the maker is driving me nuts!
Back in the day I had GT's first alluminum frame, it had welds just like that on the downtube. It was the only frame I ever cracked and I did it twice, then I went bcak to riding S&M and bought a HOLMES. Watch for tiny hairline fractures under there. I still have my HOLMES and a Challenger frame, no problems that I can tell.
Was it aluminum? Cuz this one is.

It's Chameleon paint.
the paint is so dialed. theres a Ricer here that painted his civic and his spoiler like that. this look thousands times better
I got the idea from a lotus parked by my house. It'll be pretty awesome when its all done.
