My 07 Boxxer Team Lowers cracked. I don't know how, no memorable impacts but the right lower is cracked vertically down the middle. Been trying to figure out how to contact SRAM and deal with this but can't get a number or even an email address anywhere. Do they only deal through shops?

yeah, they only deal through shops, you should be able to take it in to your lbs to figure out what they can do about it.

Ya I broke the damper in half and blew up the spring of my Team Boxxer; SRAM sent me new lowers, a new stancion and new internals. Not too bad! Still don't trust SRAM for **** and want a Fox 40.



not very big but ya, fork blew up. Scary.
