I am in Northern California so this would be a lot further than Northstar but I like riding different terrain so I would likely make at least one trip down a year if it was good riding

Obviously there is a race this weekend, but when will it be open with shuttle service outside of races?

So is this open to the public yet? Not necessarily even with shuttle service but can you go and hike and ride it yet? Would love to hit it this weekend if its the case.

im not sure what the status is of the trails and if it's open to ride ......

i know that there is no shuttle service for sure....they have been charging riders $5 to enter the property to ride the trails....

keep in mind there is a 12 hr xc race on the property this weekend as well and the dh trail we raced on might interfere with the course they are using? im not sure as i don't know the actual route of the course....

as far as the opening...still waiting on weather.

I should have posted something up here, I did in our local So Cal forum a while back.

Sorry to say but I am no longer connected with Vail Lake Resort in regards to the bike park.

Vail still has a lot of potential but there were some situations that had me take a hard look at the time investment and the reality of the Gravity portion of the park actually opening for business.

I know Jason who holds his 12 hr xc series of events is still involved out there.

I would say if you have any questions call the resort (866) 824-5525
