Well after 8 months of waiting since i got the frame delivered to me in China..
and since then there have been months of swearing.. waiting.. and frustration i FINALLY have my howie built.

First CHEERS to Landon and Tony for all their help sorting my problems out.
None of the problems were caused by them (The frame and aftercare have been amazing) but we put it down to the care and attention the Chinese postal service gave the frame
So 2 bent dropouts later the frame was remachined and powdered in a fetching colour of Light Guacamole.

The parts however have been a nightmare to source in China.. and i am still waiting for a new hope hub.. this time in red with 36 holes.. (thanks for the silver one and the red one with which had 32 holes  )

I guess i was expecting it to be a little lighter in the end but for now.. i will just get out there and ride this thing.. its been a long time in coming..

Sweet. Glad this finally came together. I hope you like the way it rides.

Landon, the Decals arrived yesterday... i love them..

BUT

Those thin buggers are a nightmare to get on straight .. ;) so i ended up with a very much cut down logo.. but still cool..

And yes.. she rides a beaut.... I wasnt sure the rigids were going to work on her but the handling is very sweet.

Tell me about it.

Cool color. You've got big nuts. (On your front hub.)

William, you should get some decals shortly.

one world...
ah jeah. Avocado beats.

So good. Bodacious parts list, I likey. Been seeing more and more of those WTP headsets, I'm starting to like them. Fit shapes better.
I bet you get some odd looks riding street there among the crowds of grandma bikes and scooters. I know I do at times here in Japan...
