looks like a similar area in France to where the Tour route goes, and that could very well be Dave Watson getting some practice jumps in before he attempted to gap the Peleton.

Its France or Spain. I want to say Les Getes. There was an article on NSMB a year or more ago with a rider hitting the same gap. Like I said I'm pretty sure Les Getes, France and I think it said the gap was 15 ft drop by 35 ft gap.

I'm pretty sure that it's Dirt Team rider Rob Breakwell. It was on some website awhile ago.

i heard different. although they kept that spot a secret he was in the area a few days ahead of time riding.

his riding position/posture looks alot like watson.

Correct. I have it in Dirt issue 62 march/april 2007. It's a 35 up and 50 out gap that Breakwell hit. And it's in Verbier bike park.
