so do you have any bikes with more than one gear left?
Haha yes, my Cannondale road bike has 9....I think...But that's getting sold....

SS FTW.

The bars are cut a lot, compared to my freeride bars they're really narrow lol, Compared to fixie hipsters they're uber wide. They may get shorter....we'll see.

Tires and post clamp should be in today so I can finally ride it :happydance:

Got it fully together. Absolutely amazing. So smooth and agile, It's kind of a shock after riding my road and freeride bike.

I cut another 25mm off the bars and added some nice aluminum caps.

All said and done it was about $1200.00. I almost fell out of my chair when I calculated it at the end. I picked up the fork for 50 bucks, the frame was only 150 brand new, cranks were only 60. It sure adds up quick though.
Good F'ing lord. That bike better give you steaks and bj's on a regular basis because my SX (Full suspension/gears/brakes) was about 1000 said and done.

Yeah my freeride rig was probably about the same. I can't believe this thing was that much. However it did turn out exactly how I wanted. Usually you make compromises on parts when you're building a bike based on what's available/cheap/whatever. But this one I didn't compromise once. I'd do it all over again.
