Hey all I have posted a video of a Southrige race from June 08 take a look you may see yourself or someone you know. This is the first of 3 videos maybe 4 form this race.

the cameras these days have crazy definition. I just watched 3foucs and that sh!t looked like it was made by Universal Studios or Paramount pictures. Great job, great intro!

Kind of like you and that new naked avatar all over the forums and threads but you dont hear thousands of monkies complaining about their eyes and brain being violated by the sight! :cheers:

Its a good vid, liked the outling adobe intro, a little long but overall good footage and you have got potential! Thanks for posting it! :thumb:

Effing A, compression?

That file is huge, and I won't be able to watch it for a long time on my connection. You can compress HD down a lot, and it will still look great on the 'net. It's been 10 minutes and your video is still loading.

Not bad, but like some already said the effects are over done. Also, too many jump cuts in my opinion. There weren't many base shots where you could see a rider for longer than a few seconds. You did have some great footage and some sweet effects (even if they were overdone).

What do you use to edit/shoot by the way?

I dunno what was going on, but eventually it got all loaded up.

Looks good. Are you going to film any "real" races this year up in the mountains? It's hard to make Fontana look good.

I really dig the quality! A bunch of the shots seemed pretty neat, too. However! The intro and post-production really took away from the short. Also, the cuts were confusing. I couldn't find any sort of continuity amongst them and they rarely felt motivated. Many of your shots would cut while the rider was still hitting interesting terrain, and I could hardly get a feel for how the trail was laid out. I also noticed that a bunch of the "in time" cuts with music were confusingly off.

last year I fillmed The Deer Valley Nat Fun race cool place
I may film Vegas not sure

Sick footage but your editing wasted it i think.

I got motion sick after about 30 seconds
