trying to decide on new bike

hey guys im new here at this site i just thought id ask and see what u guys think about theses bikes....

an 08 model gary fisher f7 599$

an 09 model specialized hardrock disc 500$

or an 09 raleigh mojave 4.0 4 to 700$

or a fuji nevada 2.0 no disc 350$

let me know please big decision here lol i m me on aim b26301

for freeride those are all pretty much useless. if u want a bike that can take any decent abuse u will have to expect to spend more than 1000. buy used with a 1500 price range if u can-i know its 1000 more but at least ull get rear suspension and for used u can get a hell of a deal-if u get 1500 u can even talk to me about a nice bike

hey thanks for the info but im not really lookin into the free ride as much as i am wanting to just do some decent trails here in my woods locally...what would u think about that

i worked in a shop over the summer and the only low end bike that i recommended to people after i worked there for a while was the scott aspect.
it's a killer bike for the price you pay, really fun geometry to

you should definitely check it out at least

Think you got the wrong forum. You might have better luck in the beginners' section. That being said, you might want to look into a GT Avalanche. Pretty tough frame that's fairly worth upgrading.

if ur new at this then i would go wit something a little cheaper like an iron horse or a dimond back
