He put up new pics on the first page (i thought the same thing..no pic = no care).

The carbocage is available through several Euro web sites. Although I don't really see who they are designed for. Single ring only, certianly fragile, and no way to run a bash....the ONLY application I can think of is 4X.....

Looks like it'd ramp up heaps(looking at the link angles).
Sub 35lb, well done.
Er, just a bit, 33.2lb :-)

Air Boxxer = cheating though, surely? ;) And the UST tyres aren't up to the job in my opinion, I kept on ripping the sidewalls of them along the bead :(

vincent: When will we have more info on the carbocage guide???
The chainguide is only for 38t. Its 90g without bolts. It runs completely silent and very smooth. No bashguard. But im gonna build a mount from the iscg tabs to mount a taco. You can buy the carbocage from ride-central.com.

Havent ridden the bike with the new wheels. The rims felt pretty weak compared to the deemax/823. So im not sure how they will hold up when riding on more rocky trails. Well see soon enough a guess.

you're using 823's aren't you Seb? I had the same problem, I think it's the rim/tire combo, not the tire itself.
