Hello, fellow poo slingers! Yesterday I worked out and grilled chicken. That was the extent of my excitement for the day.

I called my knee doc yesterday to ask some questions and it turns out I need to go in for some pre-surgery physical therapy. I have a 3:30 appointment today. Here we are six weeks after the injury and I still have swelling and don't have full range of motion. Stupid knee. Anybody want it?

WTF is wrong with the Red Sox? splat? narlus? Riding?

Knee injuries suck. I am in a knee brace at the moment (have been for a week now) hoping it will sort itself out with a bit of rest. Otherwise it's an MRI for me...

Everything is wrong with red socks. I only have black ones.

Hung out downtown after work, went out for Mex with a co worker then went to see a friend's band that was playing. Good and loud, no garage lite here!

Tonight scored some 8th row first baseline tix for the D-backs/Cards game. Guess I'm hanging out downtown again.

Busy morning around here as Colin's new trick is getting out of the crib. Woke up to him tugging on my socks this morning in his little Batman jammies. Cute as can be, but now he has baby-freedom and that's scary!!

Grilled some chicken and watched a little "24" once things got settled down last night.

Got some rainy weather for the next two days....still, the dogwood blossoms are beautiful as they're busting out all over.

Yo. Traveled in the rain to MD today. Blah.

Afternoon all! Had a nice evening at home last night with the family. Tonight we're heading to the local trails for some rocks, roots and beers while Syd tortures my folks for a few hours. I ordered my wheels yesterday so they'll be here by Friday and I will be ready to ride my new bike (had it since X-mas but the trails are finally clear and wheels are on their way -- they were out of stock before). I am also going to be trying out the new Mavic shoes so I will be sure to write up a review for everyone. Inquiring minds want to know and all that.

eh. Nothing fun here. The rain that came through put a damper on my riding plans. Looks like i might just go get a haircut after work so i can look good for my wedding invitation pics that are being done this weekend.

went for a 1.5 hour post work ride last night on the trails up the road from me. Good times!! Solo ride - but so nice to be out in the woods and on my bike.
