Decided to try rigid on the Molly. I got the Identiti Rebate XL in the 465mm A2C length. Basically 5mm taller than the Gold Label A2C that it replaced. I wanted a bit taller length as I really felt as though I was not high enough. Dropping into stuff when the fork compressed, I felt like I was going to flip over. I just never felt 100% comfortable on it.

Ideally it will be my street and indoor park bike.

Custom purple ano stickers from RUFUS Design. They match perfectly.

Axis - After seeing yours at Ray's, I just had to try it..

You're molly is soo dialed... How is the massive tire-to-fork gap for footjams?

Not sure. I imagine my foot could go through it if not careful. :busted:

I hope to try it out this week at the park. It feels great in the driveway manual test.

Right-on. If you could, try a few and let me know how it feels. Debating whether or not to throw in some-sort of a support in my rigid to stiffen it and make footjams easier.

I was visualisizing some kind of curved bridge to fill up that space a bit. It would look good if a 24" tire fit snug into the curve, so that the fork looked like it was actually made for a 24"... instead of a suspension corrected 26.....

how much does that fork weigh with that a2c height? also is that the 20mm or 3/8 dropout? Im also considering the black market and ns fundamental forks for my molly any thoughts?

Ride Report:

Took it out finally yesterday. Started at the outdoor skate park then hit 2 different DJ spots. At the park it felt awesome. Took a bit to get used to but really felt solid. Then went to a local DJ area that has a few switchback berms and good amount of jumps. That felt great after lowering the psi on the tires. I thought I was going to bounce off the trail with 60psi.

Then hit a second jump spot that has more tombstone-esque jumps. The bike felt really great on those. The taller fork really feels great. Now the front end of both bikes DJ feels similar so the swapping back and forth should be easy. All in all I am happy with the change. I no longer feel like I am going to flip over the bars when dropping into stuff..

As far as weight it lists as 3.1 lbs but so does the 430 A2C fork so I am not sure of the weight.
