10mm Wide. Typically the belts run at a high tension so you don't have to worry about them falling off.

the wheels/cogs/gears each have a single sidewall to them. On DW2's bike, the front is outside, and the rear is inside. If the belt is kept tight, it won't be able to wander off.
Stunning ride....looking at your SS BMW makes me wanna drop the gears, but then I probably couldnt pedal my bike anywhere....
