I wish Fly made 24" rims they remind me of old Proclass rims.

what is a strong 24" hoop? should I keep the cr24 hubs anyone know what kind they are? I would love to do Profiles on a nice set of rims or how are shadow hubs or demolition hubs? any other sugestions? I want to keep the stock gear ratio on the cr24 with an 11t rear

those stock hubs are pretty garbage. a gsport marmoset laced to a 24" hazard lite with dt spokes for the front, and a gsport ratchet laced to a hazard lite with dt spokes in back. pretty indestructible.

**the ratchet only comes in 10t, but you can mess with the gear ratio a little bit. the stock fit sprocket sucks anyways.

Don't have the stock cranks Primo Hollowbites with Primo 30t chain ring and I have a spare 30t profile imperial. So I would like something that takes an 11t rear since I am happy with the stock gearing.

i'd wait until you break the wheels first... mine have been pretty tough so far.

I am digging my 28:10 gearing. The stock hub takes any standard Odyssey driver.

the 28x10 gearing is almost the exact same as 30x11
25/11 on 24's will feel similar to 28/10 on bmx.

25/11=2.27*24=54.54
28/10=2.8*20=56
30/11=2.72*24=65

EDIT: and was for wheels, i would recommend either supreme hubs to hazard lites, or odyssey v3 hub rear, and a vandero2 hub front to hazard lites.

The stock wheelset might not be the best but it's been good to me despite the 100's of 180 rollout attempts. I do find the stock gear ratio way to easy, going to try a 12 tooth cog. Use what ya got to find what you like and go from there.

the 12t gog will make it even easier the bigger the rear number easier it is to pedal. if you want it to be harder drop to a 10t or even 9t but it might hurt the ability to get those bursts in power to hop up ledges and benches or between jumps

No, it's not. The simplest math will tell you so. They may be close enough that you can't tell the difference, but they are NOT the same.
And there will be a very noticeable difference with one or the other on 20" and the other on 24".

it's an even ratio increase of 2 teeth up front to 1 in the back. not hard to get. it's 2.73:1 compared to 2.8:1
