June 6-7

Saturday Morning the Delta House Crew will be taping the race course for our second DH race of the season. The course will be open for some advanced practice. Race times were very close and competitive at our first race so take advantage of the great weather forecasted and try to get your lines dialed.


The Race which will take place next weekend, June 13-14 features a classic Plattekill Track on the North Face double chair side. It will also have some new sections and features that you will need to practice and concentrate on.

The best ticket value in the country will be available: A two day weekends pass for just $40, camping and BBQ food specials will all be offered as they are every weekend.

sweeet... George I hope to be at this race if my leg heals up (been two weeks and still can ride).

are you and Geoff going to be there?

I'll be there both days this weekend and next weekend Geoff will miss practice Saturday morning, but otherwise YES !!! I guess there's going to be a VonCooper movie premier and a all you can eat buffet, Saturday June 13 5pm after practice.

We have a friend flying in for this race and his first time visit to the mountain. Always fun showing someone around on their first time there.

The course sounds sweet from the descriptions I've heard, a couple of formerly 90 degree turns have been straightened out and bermed. A steep chute and an off camber jumble of rocks to fly thru. I'll post up some pics Saturday night.

I will be Burning some goodies(famous chicken wings are coming back) at Delta House Friday and Saturday but leaving early Sunday to do some 1st year wedding anniversary stuff.

I can't wait to ride the course, I hope the weather is good.

I'll be the first to admit I suck - and use all the go rounds.

But its still fun to race in our big Cat 1 group - even though I know in my heart I'm CAT 2 all the way!

Nah, I was referring to when I bruised basically my entire right a$$ cheek during the weekend of the first diablo race (I've got pictures if you wanna see. I know you wanna). Then slammed myself onto my lower back this past weekend at Mt Snow.

Can't wait! The DH#1 course was sweet. Thanks to the voulunteers for making DH#2 even better! Now that my confident in my leg I don't have to take the go-arounds! See you all next weekend! Good luck everybody racing at Wisp GES#2!

This course is one of the most thought out and fun to ride. If anyone has to miss a race don't make it this race

Thanx man we busted our ass'es trimming and cleaning plus moving dirt makin'n berms and jumps, starting around a month ago to make it a sick course. DS also looks sick..

Can't wait to get there Friday.

Bunks what time are you guys and gays heading up? The wife and I are planning on leaving early Friday to start the festivities early
