Mt. Spokane Update

While shuttling Mt. Spokane today, got a chance to talk to one of the rangers and thought I'd give anyone wondering an update.

Starting July 6th, the gate to the top will be closed Monday-Thursday. Friday thru Sunday it will be open from 6am to dusk. The website says the gate closes at 4 though.

This goes until the beginning of August when it will be closed for 6 weeks for repairs to the road and then will be open every day until the snow flies.

nice... i need to take another crack at that mud bog up top. im glad that they aren't denying the boozecruise crew completely :)

It had dried out quite a bit when we went through it. There must be a spring or something because that part is muddy even in August it seems like.

you can shuttle Mt. Spokane? I skied there many moons ago, I want to shuttle mountain bike it, details p.m.?

I am down...have never been up there & I have a full size truck (room for five others)!!!
