i got them 2.2 front and rear, and for plain mud without offcamber rocks and roots they are working better than 2.5, because they dig deeper in the mud. if it's rocky and a lot of roots forget them, they slide all over.
The intense mud spike is also basically a wetscream with a slower rebounding rubber. And a 2.25 intense tire is pretty much the same width as a 2.5 maxxis.
Plus they are a whole bunch cheaper, less than half the price of a maxxis.
I've got a pair and cut em down, but it hasn't rained in like a month and a half so i haven't trail tested them yet. Which is retardedly unheard of in Washington. Im pretty sure its a record.
