I'd take either if i were in the market. Real are ok. Fake are ok. They all taste the same. i've been around some that felt good and some that felt bad.

They come in all shapes and sizes. As a kid trying to get some kicks at the local library, I came across a book with a chart showing all the common boob shapes. Both shapes here were represented.

I guess what responding to was that these, so soon after the procedure had some natural shape to them. I assume they'd settle in a bit lower than current.

meh.
