Good morning everybody!

Nice weekend here. I had a few great rides, got stung by another bee, turned 40 (woot!) ate some amazing mexican food ... even with work sucking life feels good these days.

I tell you, this old road bike is really starting to kill me over longer rides. I wish I could upgrade but that 'aint happening. Soon enough.

Did everyone get out and ride this weekend?

Good Morning!!

Sorry, Nick....no riding for me. I tried on Sunday morning, but a downpour put a stop to that about a half hour before I got to the trails.

Spent most of the weekend learning all the bells and whistles on my new d40..... kicking myself for not stepping up my camera game earlier. This thing rocks! Can't wait until I have the $$ for some killer glass.

Saturday we hung out at a cookout some friends were throwing. I made a giant bowl of jambalaya that was a big hit. I'm not creole, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. :D

Back at the ole jorb today. Nothing to hectic so far, but we'll see how the morning progresses.

Just looking forward to the 24hrs of Great Glen this weekend. It'll be a long week of anticipation and riding.

'Morning, monkeys! Fun weekend in Baltimore. We drank a lot of beer, ate a lot of food, and saw two good baseball games. The bars and stadium were overrun by Red Sox fans, and the Sox fans were so friendly, happy and chatty. I think I counted six Orioles fans the whole weekend. Good times. Now we have today off...just because. Although we do have to pick up a new bike at the shop today.

Weird, you're the third person I know who went to MD this weekend and went to the game on Saturday (other 2 are from MA).

Good morning. Got moved into the apartment Saturday and spent the rest of the weekend setting up. Almost done, just need to take care of the finer points like getting rid of all the packing material and setting up the tv/internet. Oh well, back to work!

Hit up Saratoga Friday night, track season = bars & streets are packed. Saturday did some chores including installing front brake pads (saved $100 doing it myself). Sunday was an Epic mtn bike race at Plattekill. It was definitely my favorite course of the year.

Adopted a greyhound this past weekend. 4 year old female, retired racer. Even more lazy than X3.

Other than that...lots o' rain.

Morning y'all!

Half of the move to Colorado is finished ... we are here but the moving truck is not. The fifteen hour drive with two cats (and two dogs in my wife's car) wasn't too bad.

My in-laws drove out to "help" unload the truck. They have the best of intentions, but due to age and health problems they aren't really that useful.

I wonder how long they will stay ... :wait: :banghead:

Worked Friday Night?saturday Morning till 5 am , then drove An hour+ home from portsmouth NH and got to watch the sun rise.

Saturday did some maintance on my Mt bike and discovered my Bottom Bracket was siezed , wow it is so much fast now with a Crank that turns freely.

sunday did a ride with the Bike rag guys and Diesel Bikes.

Rode Northstar on sat, followed by a party at my neighbors house. Yesterday, just chilled out. Tonight the puppy starts her puppy school.

Spent much of the day saturday at an anniversary party for my aunt and uncle, which meant that I missed a race and skinny competition at my local trail system. Got back in time to catch the end of the skinnys, just in time to see a friend lawn dart himself into the ground. Scary moment, he came down off about a 3' log straight onto the top of his head. Helmet cracked in 7 places, and he was on the ground for at least 10 minutes. Luckily his back and neck seem fine, but I think he's probably concussed. Hope he gets that looked at professionally.

Things got better from there, with a camp out and planned night ride, which degenerated into drinking/ falling off some skinnies in the dark. Video should be up soonish. Trail work was planned for yesterday morning, but it was raining so we didn't get much done.

Dahlia has decided to take a hiatus from learning to crawl, she finds this much more fun

Went to the zoo with the daughter on Friday (day off) then woke up at 4:30am on Saturday and drove to Whistler.

12 runs (4 Garbanzo-to-bottom) and my arms, hands, and back still hurt.

Built my new roadie (warranty) frame up last night. Rode in this morning...ow. Just ow. Apparently, I used my quads on Saturday too...who woulda thunk it...

Monday sux.
