Alright so i'm following everyone's advice of doing a teardown as it has not felt right so i managed to get the drive non-drive side with the rebound knob part out of the press seal or whatever and add the oil that was not there but i tried to get the other bolt out the one on the drive side and i got the bolt out but as suggested by rockshox i tried to firmly drive that side out of the press seal and no matter how hard i tried it would not come out so i couldn't add oil to that side yet nor take the stanchions out, does anyone have any other advice on how to get the drive side assembly out of the press seal? Thanks

Procedure is the same as with the other side, only you don't have to deal with the knobs- loosen up the bolt, and then pound it in with a rubber mallet. It really shouldn't be that hard to get it to go.

Careful of the fork legs, if you have T handle allens use one of those, otherwise don't hit the fork leg instead of the bolt and do what HAB sez.

Since you have a team, and it has a coil spring in the leg we are talking about....Your spring leg is open top to bottom on the inside. What this means, is that you can take off the top cap and add oil from the top if you cannot get the bottom un-done. Taking the lowers off is something that you will want to figure out, as on succesive oil changes, you will want to get in there and clean the lowers out....it will aslo give you access to the inter-seal space to pack with slick honey (this will make a larger difference in ride quality than the oil BTW).

In my opinion, you should use more oil (than recomended) in the spring leg as well. THere is a much larger surface area to lube in that side, THe spring grease will 'soak up' some of the oil, and the air space will allow LOTS more oil than recomended. More lube is always better in this kind of situation if possible.

In my 08 Boxxer and Lyric, I always use 2 - 2 1/2 times the recomended oil in that leg.

THe above information is specific to coil RS forks and only coil RS forks...and only the coil spring side of said forks. This will not and cannot be done on the damper side of any RS forks, nor any air spring RS forks...

Bears repeating, very important.

all you have to do to get oil in the damper side is to remove the damper. then pour oil straight down the stancion. cycle the fork to get all the oil in the right spot.
