Good Morning!!

I hope everyone had a great weekend and that it was full of fun stuff. I spent Saturday moving the in-laws into a new house.....in the rain.....all day......We got a new refrigerator out of the deal, though..so it wasn't all bad. The fridge at the new house was fairly new, but not as new as the one they currently have. So, we moved the one in the new house to my house...the one from our house to their old house, and the one from their old house to the new house. Got that? There will be a test later.

Sunday I was too sore to do anything else of any value, so Colin and I did watercolors, played with matchbox cars, some hide and seek, and a good nap as football was winding down.

My ride home from work yesterday was terrible. Massive headwind and two mechanicals. My usual 40 minute commute took a little over an hour. The Wife was just heading out to look for me when I got home. Other than that work was interesting, had to take a tug across the field to rescue a plane with steering issues and saw F22's doing high speed passes. And its almost Friday:thumb:

Good morning.
Still nursing some pulled muscles in my leg/groin/back from Friday. I intended on riding yesterday but I couldn't even throw my leg over my bike. :mad: Instead I spent Saturday at a bbq, and spent Sunday wrenching on cars with some friends.

Spent the weekend chilling with my homies.









It was nickelodeons day of play Saturday morning and one of the spots hosting it was the big brothers big sisters in NYC at the riverside park. It was a great day!

Morning everyone! Had a great weekend with Syd!

Friday night we did our usual ride and I was feeling great...Sq-Earl & I lead the ride while everyone else worked to keep up :wee: It was AWESOME!!! Then it was off for a couple of beers and a post-ride buffalo burger.

Saturday morning we got up before sunrise to head over to the Adirondack Balloon Festival. It was cool, but it was too foggy so only 4 balloons went up, the rest just hovered over the air strip. Then it was on to the diner for breakfast and then apple picking.

Sunday we helped my brother prep and paint his living room, hall and kitchen walls. I am tired today and it's supposed to rain so our LUNA ride is likely going to be cancelled.

Nick -- heal up!

Stosh -- my daughter will be SO jealous that you got your picture taken with Pablo!

for 45 minutes, then drove back.

added 191 albums to the laptop.....90 from bill evans, 101 from miles davis.

kind of reading the new james ellroy book, blood's a rover....thinking on getting a plane ticket to boston in november for a one night concert field trip.

Yeah it was an awesome day! Brinley was a little sick but she hung in there, we went down specifically to see DJ Lance but she was super excited to see Pablo.

Two awesome days of riding to wind down summer. Fall weather is starting to roll in and I'm excited for that too because the trails need some dampening. Good news, it never rains here...bad news, it never rains here. :)

Good morning, two good rides this weekend, the highlight being a Saturday night ride. Saw two tarantulas and two rattlesnakes on the trail. Ran over the last rattlesnake, unavoidable.

My son came down with the nasty flu that's going around here. Unfortunately, I have a good idea where it is going next. Started the nasty cough this morning.

it was craptastic outside this weekend, so i didn't feel too bad about locking myself in my basement to work. but now it's sunny and purdy out and i still am locked down here...

Morning all.

I finally convinced my fiance to give MTB a try. She has been pretty reluctant to give it a shot because she didn't like the idea of riding up a hill and was scared of going downhill because of old moto experiences.

I borrowed (GiantRider on here) wife's bike for her and brought her on a short local ride. She climbed pretty well for her first time and the downhill part she did really well with her line choices etc.

Overall it was pretty cool to go out and ride with her on the dirt for the first time. After the ride she said she wants to get a bike! So pumped!

I think the beard has made you cranky. You need to shave it distinctly for the effect that it would generate. "Hey...you shaved your beard!"

Yeah for real!
I mostly grew a beard to tick off my ultra religious (extremely clean shaven) boss.
