It's a beautifully cool Fall morning here in NC.

Did some dirt jumping at Nice Guy Mike's last night. After several weeks of rain, it's good to be able to get back on the dirt.

Happy Thursday! A chilly morning indeed....42 when I left the house. I love this weather.

I have my final knee appointment tomorrow. I'm real interested to hear what they tell me. I don't think I'll get final clearance because I still can't run at full speed.

Morning monkeys. Busy day yesterday for me and a cranky kid this morning to boot! I nailed one of my co-workers to the wall yesterday and I really don't feel bad about it. I am tired of him not doing his job and then trying to blame it on everyone else. Needless to say, I embarassed him to the point of him not even being able to speak and promptly leaving. One thing I have learned over the years is to document everything and he really didn't expect me to pull up my e-mails and prove that he was lying! Guess he'll think twice next time :triniti: Now I am officially a bully or something...oh well!

My recovery is getting much quicker now on my commuting rides. Pretty pumped on that.

Might be hanging out with my brother and his wife/kids tonight.

it was weird...i was up front about 3' from him, and since it was dark i was using flash quite a bit...he didn't pay any attention or otherwise acknowledge my existence.

leary was blocked from my view due to Gibby's rack of electronics/delays, and the pit was periodically crushing me, so after ~10-15 songs i left my spot and fought my way across the jammed room to side stage, Leary's side. both sides of the stage in this venue are closed off but w/ a photo pass you can access them.

i stepped in and took a few non-flash shots of leary, and the guitar tech told me not to get too close to gibby. which i thought was weird, since he was in teh middle of the stage about 20' away, and i had no intentions of actually stepping on stage.

i stepped back a bit behind where the band was lined up in front of me, to get some non-flash shots of the band w/ the crowd. gibby saw me and kinda freaked out...stomped right over to the edge of the side stage, waving his arms, yelling stuff i couldn't hear and generally displaying the message of 'get the fvck out of here.' so i did.

strange that that upset him, but me blasting 1/2 power flash 3' from his face elicited no response.
