Riding with gloves?

I pretty much always wear gloves.

i don't wear them unless it is cold outside.
I have to have gloves on. My hands get too sweaty.
I feel weird without gloves on.

When I ride, I wear gloves but nothing else.
If it is not too hot or too cold I will ride without gloves.

Go to your local chain auto parts store and look for the mechanix fast fit gloves.
They always come up on sale at my local pep boys/advance auto parts for $9.99.
They look and feel just like mtb gloves but without the mesh for ventilation but that has never bothered me.

The only gloves I ever wear are these mechanix gloves. Very thin with no padding and cheap.
cheap, breathes, works great on any bike, wear them year round.
I was thinking about getting some of those since i see them at Lowe's all the time. I'm sure they last long.I use these:
10x stronger than any Fox/661/Rock Gardn/whatever glove.
I've picked up my last few pairs of gloves with credit that i keep getting by helping out on trail days. Right now i'm rocking some white fox gloves with the carbon knuckles. Makes me feel tough.
I got mine for free when my buddy Tim picked Ironclad up as a minor sponsor. They don't have any padding, but I like that. I have crashed often and not so much as a rip or tear in them in 3 years.
I like the free digit on the main fingers, too. Makes picking my teeth up after a crash much easier.

My thong doesn't sit well after a crash. I should quit wearing it, but it makes me feel pretty.
Great at first.... but hands get sweaty, go to pull up for something and punch mahself in the face. Good times.

Go to your local hardware store or farm supply and get a cheap pair of gloves. They work just fine.

There used to be a guy up here that raced DH in gloves like that....you could always pick him out coming down the hill.Getcha some feedstore gloves.
I always wear gloves too. I have forgotten one or something like that and had to ride without them....wasn't a good feeling!
You can fit in with all the dh fanboys...just make sure to sport the flat pedals as well.

I've seen this pair before and it went right over my head.
I hate pulling gravel outta my palms when I crash, therefore full finger gloves on 100% of my trail/dh rides. Road rides get fingerless gloves.
No glove, no love. 5 fingered justice all the time.
