Someones bound to know, what year did Evil run the outline logos from? Black frame gold logos. Can anyone help?

I had a 2007 that was black with gold outlined logos if that helps, sold it last year though
We only ever did one run of them, and I want to say it was 2005? Might have been '04.. years of beer-drinking have caused me to forget. There were four color combos: black/gold; green/silver; blue/cream; and silver/black.
One last Q, were they paint or powder?
think they were all powder. my silver one is.

Sovereigns were U.S. made. DOC's were out of Taiwan, and the Imperials were Canadian.

Can't remember the name of the company for the life of me. Someplace up in the PNW.
Mine was out of the first production run & I thought it was spring of '05...but I could be mistaken 
Kinesis, when they still had a Portland plant, built the Soverigns, IIRC.
any plans to bring back the Sov? I want one bad. Been looking for a bike like this, the Transition TransAm is pretty close but it's not an Evil.

Well i've finally picked up a Sovereign, doubling my Evil stable to an almighty 2. 
Paintwork is pretty battered up but it was cheaaaap.
Gonna get it powdered and new decals when i can work out what the sovereign font is and i'll get some pics up of a cleaned up classic.
