I approve!

The homebrews that were consumed - were they yours??
Some were. The pics are from the 2nd Annual Bootlegger's Bliss. Price of admission was at least a 6-pack of homebrew and some food to share. Needless to say, there was a sweet ride, a lot of great beer, excellent food, some really cool folks, and, of course, an alcohol fueled derby:

When I get a chance I'll do a write up of the whole thing.

Good to see you out there BikeGeek. I was like...is that really somebody with a RideMonkey jersey?
Glad to see people round here are still riding bikes once in a while!

You too, sorry I didn't get to say much more than "hi." I was having a hell of a time keeping up with those guys.

...as a fixed gear with a Surly fork. I think we had 4 fixies out of 17 riders; most of the rest were single speeds with a couple exceptions.

Write-ups on the event can be found here and here and here.

BTW, BikeGeek had one of the better homebrews on hand, a Belgian Trippel that was spot-on!

Housley and I rode the Animal today. Got a late start...ok by me as this was my first ride in 3 weeks. Been beat down by walking pneumonia. I felt great for the first hour and a half, maybe two hours, but I got tired quickly. Oh well, it was just fantastic to be out!

Chris was on the F29 29er demo from Nat @ Papa Wheelies...giving his knees a rest from the rigid/ss Niner.

Cold start even at 9:20 @ Scituate

...more for warmth LOL

I'm sure that Sultan rides great - it is just too bad they couldn't have designed the smaller sizes to look a little less "broken" along the top tube.

Pics taken a few months back, but other than dust while she sat abandoned in the bike room for 2 months while I healed from a ride related injury, and some fresher dirt, still as she sat here.

Only stock bits are frame,bars/stem/HS,and seat/post/collar-everything else higher end upgrades. :D

My BlingleSpeed is ready to ride!!!

I still am riding and enjoying the blinglespeed.

I sold the exogrid Titus Racer X and bough a Pivot Mach 429. The 429 is a much much better all 'round xc machine in my opinion (based on 15 months of riding it).

My buddy has a 429er. Swears it's the best trail bike in the world.
