Either a bearing puller set<we have a really nice set at teh shop>, or you can do like alot of people do..... Use a socket and a hammer, tap it out gently.

Just of curiousity, why do you need to remove the bearings already?

I'm getting the links and dropouts powdercoated. I thought about ceramic bearings, but was talked out of them as being overkill. It's not like they would offer any advantages being that it's just the link bearing...

...or would they?

please keep the twins AWAY from the powder coating. While it might make identification easier, it's illegal.

Use a socket, a bolt long enough and a couple of washers with a nut on the end to make a bearing puller, its nicer than using a hammer, especially if they are tight - I have worked on a few Intense frames in the same way.
