uh oh, i will try my best! wont get ridden till may . but i can say i will never EVER look at a 40 or boxxer the same way again!hmm nice in a wierd kinda way. Loving the dorado up front was very tempted for one on my makulu but was a tart and went for colour coordination instead. Love to know how you get on with it as i have only heard reviews from people who haven't paid for full price for them
I have always been a Specialed guy but I am loving the 2010 Glory. How much are the frames going for?
So my new 2010 Glory arrived and has pretty much coincided with my scaphoid fraxture healing up which I've been sidelined with for 4 months. First outing on sunday.
Mostly same stuff as on my 2009 Glory but now with some Boxxer Graphics as well as a few new parts
Still got to work out spring rate so it's a steel spring for now. Though with a friend wanting to swap his WC Boxxer leg for my Team leg and with a Ti Spring, maybe the bike will be too light. Guess I'll find out soon enough whether a 35lb bike is sketchy enough as it is.

i wont ride diablo just because there is a little snow on it...nice and ugly build....just like you lol and don't tell me you won't ride diablo just cause there's a little snow on it
Not that I have much interest in actually doing any of this, but those who are interested might find some good info here: http://weightweenies.starbike.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=68194SO basically get a 18v battery and a coat hanger, pour a 2 litre bottle of coke into a plastic bin.
Take the positive lead and put in the coke, take the negative and ground the coat hanger with parts on it. Stick hanger into coke with parts on it totally submerged and wait.....
There you have a RAW ti ano line LOL.
Other way is a dialed controlled rectifier like a big train reostat for power input, I dont recomend this as its not a controlled enviornment but I do know guys that ano with the car battery set up for small aluminum parts and set up little dye tanks out of coolers... Seen alot of stuff

Nah, it's a Large. Long wheelbase, yes. But it is still very responsive and flickable. I'm 6'2" and still make the bike look pretty small.damn, is that a XL size? it looks to have a really long wheelbase
Thanks, I'm stoked on how the bike handles and looks.sweet ride fonzie....

say what?! I couldn't resist...The first part of the new build came in today the other parts tomorrow ie frame, shock new fork (bxr wc 2010) will be in next week and My current bxr 2010 wc will get sold then the 888 ti evo should be in feb 1st week or 2. Dont know yet...
Should be built tomorrow evening....
Damn you!, I would have a Sunn in a flash if only i could fit my CCDB to it
My new ride. Not quite ready yet. Weight on picture is 14.18 kg
That was "fixed" long time agoI hope they fixed durability issues those frames had as people had serious trouble with Sunn's CS so breaking them wasn't an option. Rumor says they've reinforced the frame a bit so it's good now but after knowing a few people with broken ones I kinda never regained my confidence in them.
are those wheels polished or pewter? They look really nice with that frame.
Well it will lighten up when he adds air to the tires!Wow!
I can see grips, chain, chainguide missing. Anything else? What will the final weight be?
look again only thing missing is grips. Dont know the final weight but im hoping below 14kg for the complete bike. New tires will shave some weight, dont know exactly how much though.Wow!

Yeah, I was gonna try that stuff. I didn't have much luck w/it on a trying to strip some old wheels(car wheels).. Anything more powerful than that stuff? I've read using a heatgun(to remove house paint) works, but don't wanna go to all the trouble and find out it's not gonna work either..aircraft grade paint stripper?
