not many online places carry them. your best would be to find a local dealer through the POC website and order it through them.
I was actually just browsing through POC stuff on QBP and they have a good amount. That means most local bike shops can probably actually order it for you.
www.cycle-solutions.com has a bunch.
Not a bike site but I know www.race-werks.com has them in stock for skiing. If you call 1-800-741-3985 ask for Scott and let him know Bill from Diamond said to call.
Your LBS can get it...QBP just got a bunch of the helmets in stock today. The pads are still to be seen though...I'm waiting on a set of the knee pads.
i emailed POC USA two weeks ago regarding product availability and was told "we will start to get shipments in the next month or two and will start shipping to the stores in the spring."
i was also told they have some 2009 product still in their warehouse and was offered to sell direct to me on a pair of joint knees. you might email them and and see if the spine tee is available direct.

I also want to say DON"T buy POC from ride-this.com ...
I'm still waiting on size small bone vpd leg armor.. it was supposed to be a christmas present. At this point they don't even return emails asking about the status.
