dude i'm SUPER OCD about somethings. TP is one of them. Toothpaste tubes being rolled properly is another - and the opening has to be kept clean. Liz is so bad with the toothpaste that I have my own tube. Also, when I shower, I *HAVE* to get in from the side opposite the shower head (yes, I shower REGULARLY).

i have this dope antique style holder it works so mint. over the top is the only option!

Exactly! Especially since the boiler in our building is set to "BURN YOUR FACE OFF HOT". It's great for taking labels off beer bottles though!

There was a short time when a cat I had liked to unroll the whole roll, so I installed it under. But other than that brief period, it's over.

My kids, it matters not which way the roll in installed. They just grab the sheet at the end, put it in the bowl and flush then watch the roll unwind....
Otherwise, I could care less which way the toilet paper rolls...

I prefer under because I have mastered the technique of ripping the TP with one hand. I just rip it really fast. When it is over, there is a whole new technique which I do not like.

I have a Park tool TP holder if the dumb B--ch puts it on under, I just rotate it to correct,....although then the QR handle is on the wrong side,.....
