So I have a 575 , and I know the 575 runs big. I am 5'6" and run a small whereas I usually run mediums on other brands. Is the 303 also sized liked the other yeti's where they run big?

I am trying to see if I would be riding a small or medium

Aside from the tapered HT is there any differences between the non-tapered and tapered 303 RDH? jenson has a $500 price diff but the graphics look different on the tapered and non-tapered

I have a 2010 303R-DH with the Tapered headtube. I am 6' on a Med. I personally like the paint on the 2010's(tapered headtube) a lot better than the 2009's, but that's just my opinion, and looks don't make you faster or a better rider.

As far as tube thickness, it is thicker than the 2010 glory and the Session 88. It feels very stout to me. For someone like me who is hard on their frames and crashes a lot it seems like it is going to hold up well for a long time. It might not be the lightest frame but I think Yeti found a good balance between light weight and strength.

I have heard the 303R-DH performs better with the RC4. Something to consider if the 09 has the DHX5.

I am 5'9" and have a 2010 Medium with tapered HT. What is kind of cool is the new 180mm 36 will fit this frame perfect, just a thought. I have the new paint job and purchased mine as the kit from Big Tree Bikes in Seattle. It replaces my ancient Demo 9. Things to note, super stable. amazing in any corner, sucks up everything like a plow bike however it jumps. It jumps when you want and what you want if you don't want to jump it is stuck to the ground. So basicaly you can point and shoot a section or change direction anytime you want. Mine has the RC4 but I have also had a fresh DHX5 from my Demo on it. I can bottom the DHX5 but not the RC4 (almost). With the DHX5 it feels like a 8" bike with the RC4 it feels bottomless and all the good traits are multipied, get it with the RC4. The bike never spikes or blows through any part of it travel it is so consistant everyware. GET ONE NOW!
