I've had this frame build by K. Henry for a while now and I've made several different adjustments/changes to it. It never fails to leave a smile on my face when I ride it. Here's the latest set up which feels great.

SnakeDriver Frame, set up 32:22, Quiring built rigid fork at 490mm AC Height, New tires (Ardent 2.25 in back and Rampage up front), along with some nice wide flat FSA Gravity 777 bars (cut a little). I'm lovin it!

Nice looking rig, Mark! I totally get the smile thing. I ended up with a rigid Jabberwocky, have it set up very similar to your Snake Driver (32x22, Gobi on setback post, FSA bars...) and while I'm really too old to be riding a rigid SS on the trails around here, it's the most frequently ridden bike in the fleet right now. All smiles!

i'll have to get a good photo of the seat tube badge. Kris uses these badges where he can do some engraving on em. I went with 22x2 on mine as both my sons were born on the 22nd of their respective birth months. And that seemed to be great synergy.

Cool bike! I actually like the white fork a lot. Plus, you have the bike and can ride it. That's the important thing...

Do tell... :)
Was out riding it 1x9 and dual 650b and rear derailleur got in a battle with a trailside stick and in the battle of stick vs. rear derailleur.................Stick won! :D

She's now back in SS 29er mode as I think she was intended to be. :thumb:

Just got back from a ride tonight as a matter of fact. Good times doing some trail exploration locally.........a HUGE owl scared the crap out of me, wish I had a camera to get a photo of that big guy - that owl was massive!

The SnakeDriver has received some updates - Salsa Cromoto Grande fork is back on it.

It now sports a wheelset formerly on a Fisher Rig - nice Duster rims laced to Bonty hubs - wider profile rims = much better for rigid riding.

Will have to snap an updated pic soon.

Toying with a dual gear ratio set up as well.

32:22 for trails
36:18 for gravel/pavement/fire roads.

Easier to do with the cassette style hub on the Bonty wheelset.
