I did so much stupid **** at that age that should have killed me, but didn't. I'm sadden to hear a kid died from a legitimate and productive event such as this. Condolences to the family.

This is what always gets me annoyed .... when a young talented man with future waiting for him/her has to finish his/her route . Let's hope he'll manage to continue his route thereafter ...

This year's Chile Challenge was an emotional event for all attending with the loss of 17 year old Junior Ex racer Craig Lange. Team Geronimo's Madison Bailey found an outlet for his sorrow about the incident - on the Junior Ex podium, he held high a sign he had made:
"Lange Lives On"

I heard about it when I was coming down from a practice run on the DH course. Very sad to see another rider go, especially someone that young.
