Sorry man, I just went through them again and I don't have any of you. If you're gonna be at the Beech race wearing it let me know and I'll try to make a point to get something.

Haha, this is all I have of him:
sweet thanks bro you have some nice shots.

Hey guys, I shot a ton of photo and video at the Dirty Bird this weekend. Its gonna take me a while to sort through it all, but I wanted to get a few shots out while everyones still wiping the berm roost off of their grinning faces.

After letting Manimal use my GoPro, and reviewing the footage later, I've decided to start a "Life of Tubby" reality TV show.

Stay tuned for more. I'm hoping to have a video and a race re-cap blog post up by the end of the weekend, but I'm working all week, so be patient.

Fire me your race number and your bike/kit description, and I'll see if I got anything of you.
number 138 beish shorts and green shirt, with a blue and black helmet.

I hope all this sandbagging jousting is all in good fun. I think it is, but the race was a blast and who cares. We all lost to Dan! :D

ya right like how some of those top juniors wouldn't have done bad at all in pro class. those dang 15 year old sandbaggers

I could care less if i won or anything. the entry fee was well worth having a dedicated shuttle and timing just to see how well I did. All I can say is the dirty bird exceeded all my expectations in every area. These guys sure did make the most out of what was available. I'm just disappointed there are only 3 of these that i can go to  :thumb:

Not a shot at you at all. Just at manimal. Manimal is a long time racer who has lamented at the frustration of getting sniped by faster riders on the podium. He bumped down to that category (to his credit I think in error), and we were all razzing him that he'd sandbagged and still got sniped by a "sandbagger".

All in good fun.
Congrats by the way!

One of the kids from our team shot and edited this little video from the race. Pretty sweet for a 14 year old kid.

Its on Facebook so I appologize if you can't see it. The privacy settings should allow most FB users to view it though.

That was sick.
The GROM kid doing a nose wheelie through whoops was the business.
And if you need to know how Dan won, watch him hit the berms.

and those guys that were getting eaten up in the rock garden are pretty sweet for commin out. I met one of those guys the day before at boone bike and convinced him and his buddies to come. They may have been a little over their head but they had a blast and I hope they come back for august to rip the new Am/intro track, aptly named, the Salamander Slide

I think the original track was a little gnarlier and steeper than had anticipated:D

Any pictures of 319? In practice I was wearing a canadian shirt and armor and on race day sycamore jersey. Also any pictures of the cheering sections up and down the hill, it was getting pretty rowdy!

Nice! You guys should upload these to Vital. Video of the month contest theme is "downhill" and you might win $250!

Funny you got a shot of me in my 5 minutes I spent on the bike.

Alright guys, here's my video edit. Not exactly what I was hoping for, but I definitely learned a lot and hope to do a better job next time. Its embedded here, but clicking on the link should play it in a bigger window.

Let me know what you think:

The videos are great. I really, really like all the crashes. Shows how difficult this track can be to race fast. Plus Craig killed the jump section.
