I just got my new Dirt jumping bike its a 09 Eastern Night Train and the back brake is rubbing an no matter what i do i cant get it to ride smooth. It looks like the disk is to wide ? any idea what could be wrong or what i should do thanks

Google up the user's manual for your brakes, and learn how they work.
Then get some tools and adjust it so that it doesn't rub.

take some close-up pics and post them on the "Brake Time" forum on mtbr: http://forums.mtbr.com/forumdisplay.php?f=51
1. space the pads out with appropriate tool, true the rotor
2. ride the thing and don't worry about it till the pads break in
3. take it to your LBS
