Howdy y'all! My roommate and I are looking for two more cycling enthused buddies to move into our house for the coming year, beginning September. Overall it's an awesome four-bedroom house, with a prime location to downtown and to Western. Highlights include a large kitchen and front living space, frequently prepared meals, good sized rooms, and a HUGE Basement/Bike Shop. My roommate Jon is putting a great deal of effort into developing the basement into a rad chillout area and a place to fix up bikes and watch vids. Rent is 370 plus utilities.
