Happy(?) Monday, monkeys!! Welcome to a new work week. Everyone have coffee in hand? Breakfast in belly? Ok, good. Let's get this thing rolling...

Did you have a nice weekend? I am tired and achy this morning from a weekend of hard riding. Wife and I did a three hour MTB ride Saturday with irishblue and Mark and I managed to not get us lost. I bought new bike shoes after! :weee: Yesterday was a road ride with someone much faster than me and I suffered. :dead: 50 miles for a 17.3 avg. That's light speed for me. Good stuff. So now I sit in my cubicle in a half comatose state. We've got a metric century charity ride this coming Saturday and my bike legs are feeling great.

So let's hear how your weekends went....

Good Morning all. Quiet at work the last two days:thumb:. Got in a Run and watched a movie on the clock. Came home to a shepherds pie and my lunch for today already made by my fabulous wife. Watched "Touching the Void" last night. I know its been out a long time but I'd never seen it. What an amazing movie/documentary. Highly recommend it.

Good Monday morning! Saturday I hiked Mount Wachusett with a few friends and followed that up with a BBQ, beers, and swimming. Yesterday I got in a couple of hours at Harold Parker, ran some errands, and built a few shelves for the closet. Don't know why I even bothered to try and cut the shelves straight and level, the whole house is so crooked everything tilts and wobbles anyway...

Morning! Weekend full of riding for me as well! Friday morning I met Melou & Yelo at Pine Hills Park for a ride, then we headed to my house and hit SMBA for another ride before dinner at the local pub. Saturday, we hit up two more local riding places, Central Park in Schenectady and Colonie Town Park with some tasty mexican in between. Yesterday, we snuck in a ride at Luther Forest before the rains came and spent some time working on bikes and chillin' in the hot tub.

LUNA Ride tonight if it doesn't keep raining and a busy week of paperwork and prepping for school is on deck for me.

Morning y'all!

Weekend was alright. Rode Ft. Rock on Saturday. I was supposed to ride at Highland on Sunday, but a stomach virus took me down for 24 hours (I will spare you all the details of my disrupted digestive tract). I think I will go on Friday. Work doesn't officially start until next week, but I will go into school today to start getting stuff ready. Woo-hoo! Extra work day!

Morning. Rode Nassahegan for two hours on Saturday morning. A local regular rider showed me some new trails that had been cut - very Kingdom Trails Like stuff. Good stuff.

Sunday was yard work, bike maintenance and watching some girls soccer. Pretty good weeekend overall.

Slept for a total of maybe 45 minutes last night, don't know why, but it sucks.

Rode Nam yesterday and saw Woody and Sandwich in the lot, leaving as I pulled in. Hoping to ride 3-4 days this week to make up for my semi lack of riding this summer.......turns out houses are a lot of work at times. Trying to get ready for a loooooong trail ride that goes down on the north shore every fall.

Next two weekends are going to kick ass......this Saturday into Sunday going to be backpacking somewhere in the White Mountains with my friend and his two boys. Hiking/swimming/camping with them should be an awesome time. Need to pick up a few essentials sometime this week....good thing I've been responsible and saving for "essential" items.......so much for that.:p

Following weekend heading to Windham Friday-Sunday with above-mentioned friend and his daughter for a weekend of hiking/spectating/picture taking/boozing.

This summer has been awesome.:thumb:

EDIT - OH! Forgot to share my REI success story.....picked up a Marmot 3-person, 3 season tent at a garage sale about 3 years ago for $15......since it was only $15, I figured it was either beat, broken or missing stuff, so never even bothered setting it up. Set it up in my garage last night to find everything was there and in mint shape.....it looks like it was setup once in someone's yard, broken down, packed up and never used again. $300 tent for $15....Score!

i spent fri > sun at the Solid Sound Festival in North Adams, curated by Wilco. awesome times...great bands, totally relaxed atmosphere, great sound, good food and beer options (Magic Hat's Blind Faith ftw), and the camp site @ Savoy Mt was very cool as well.

now going through 2100 photos and wrapping up my review...then i'm off to Maine for a week of vacation. how great it is being me?!

Morning all.

I had a pretty relaxing weekend spent with my wife. Just ran errands and relaxed. I also got to ride Friday after work with some friends.

I cannot wait for this weekend. Road trip to Mammoth Lakes CA to meet up with TLD and the winner of the Crankworx slopestyle Cam Zink to ride. Never met the guy before and I've never ridden Mammoth before either. Should be a interesting weekend. PUMPED.

Sounds like most people had pretty great weekends and got to ride!

Out of my mind, back in a moment.
Rode 35 miles on the road Saturday with the wife and a couple friends. Huge BBQ followed, and our first batch of homebrew was started Saturday afternoon.

Spent yesterday lounging like a slug.

I still hate Mondays.

I'm homeless
Rode Downieville and slept outside. Had a great ride time sanjuro and a couple other fools. I also think I pissed some one off from here on the shuttle. Some dude was wearing RM socks and looked less than pleased and me and sanjuro's back and forth.

Now I'm sitting here eating some eggs getting ready to start school here in like an hour. Donwieville definitely got my mind right to start school
