dh front wheel suggestions

I'm pondering a 29" front wheel for my dh'er; I've got a whitebros dh2.0 kicking around so with a travel drop to 7" I've got the fork sorted. Just need to confirm the optimum wheelbuild bits. Seems a dissent on an mtx33 is the burliest combo going right now; is there anything else I should be looking at? The rim seems pretty huge by current 26" dh standards; are there narrower rims of suitable durability out there? the wtb dual duty perhaps? I'm not huge or hackish, but ride fairly aggressively (whistler & north shore predominantly). thanks for any input!

Go with the MTX33 or 31. Not light, but they build up great and are in line with what you want to do with them. I built up a set for a friend at the beginning of the summer who is riding a long travel Lenz. He's no hack, but he is big and rides quite aggressively.

Wheels have been bomber thus far, and that included a week at Whistler. My next "big duty" wheel set will be based on MTXs (though in 26") for sure.
