wow that sucks to hear. he was also riding in that Red Bull Elevation dirt comp in whistler in the video that was recently posted on here. i was thinking it was cool to see some of the older guys like him and foster still shredding.

That was a hard way to start an 8 hour DJ session today for us. Comin on here to read about TJ then trying to throw down.
I just rode with TJ a couple months ago at Nastys and he was killing it.

Sucks. I've always been a fan of TJ - his part in SOIL was great. cmc is right - I've heard of people getting other messed up things while being in the hospital.

I remember when that dude got destroyed on a double back attempt at the x-games maybe back in like '02? I was surprised he kept doing contests after that with everything else he had going on.

TJ has always been a stand up guy for the sport... so this really sucks. Healing vibes.
