And a happy morning to you! It's cold and raining here in the 4-1-3. This week is flying by. What's up with that? I'm looking forward to the weekend. Wife and I have absolutely no plans. :weee:

Made a stir fry last night. I used too much water for the rice and not enough sauce for the stir fry. But it was still good.

It's a rainy one here...a 3-coffee morning, I think. :thumb:

Just finishing work on the new laundry chute this morning, and then some sheetrock later on.

Nice Guy Mike and I set a new land speed record at the local loop yesterday. It was a full-on game of chase around the whole loop. My legs are krunked today. Those Ritchie Speed Max's were stupid-fast, but seriously slippery on the crunchy leaves that carpeted the trail. :panic:

So after taking several months off due to a sore back, I decided to hop back on a treadmill yesterday. I ran about three miles. Holy crap are my legs sore today. I'd like to run a half marathon next year so I might as well start logging some miles.

Morning all. More painting and unpacking last night. It feels really awesome unpacking into a home that there is no lease on.

I need new tires and brake pads for my trail bike.

Happy Thursday! Not much new here. I went out with Derek and a friend last night for beers. Ended up having a HUB Survival Stout and their Fest O' Fury. Both very good but I liked the stout better.
