I'd say 15" for you. I'm 6'0" and on a 17". It's a shade too big but a 15" was too short for me (knees almost hit the bars), hence my final decision to go the bigger size.

The 17" is very long in the wheelbase making it less manouverable in tight stuff. If they made a 16" I'd be on one for sure.

Try to get a ride on each size , thats your best bet.

I would say your'e kind of right in between the sizes, just go with what feels most comfy. The bike does fell really long at first but, you soon get used to that, and anything shorter feels ****. im 6ft and ride the 17, which feels perfect

I've got lots of time on a 224, great bikes. I'm 5'10" on the button, all legs and arms with the torso of a midget, and was very comfortable on the 15".

15". 10 years on oranges, with a variety of sized team members over that span. 6' is about border line, but even those guys usually go 15". The 17" is massive.

i'm 5'9" and have been on various 224s over about 4 years and the 15" is the way to go for people in our height range as everyone else has said.
