Hey guys, I am giving a 2minute long speech soon in a class. It will be about downhilling and we are allowed a visual aid. I wanna find a great/crazy video about 10second long of some downhill, maybe MSA, or Champy, some wild course that would allow about 90-100 college age kids to get a good idea on what downhilling is and how intense it can be. I know there are TONS of video's on vital and dirt but all few minutes long, the main grading criteria of the speech is how well it flows and time limit is only 2minutes. So I'd like to avoid having to find a video, hope it loads and play only 1 small section of it, takes a lot of time out of the total speech. Thanks for any help guys!

Why not have a video running for 2 minutes and talk over it?

because that would defeat the whole purpose of the speech focusing on the speaker, no one pays attention when there is a video on the screen and is a big no no when it comes to public speaking.
You may try to speak naked. That would get their attention
To be honest though 10s is nothing really. Get 5s of Danny Madskillz or Zink on that 15m drop. Go big, 2s slo mo parts are silly. Wow the people and then talk about the more boring stuff.
Sams Run at VDS obviously, If i was going to show my mates a clip it would be that. heres a short clip of part of his run also which is equally nuts!

Watching Gee and Sam on those runs again today has totally changed my mind on the result that day. I think Sam was absolutely hanging it out way too much and was so lucky not to crash before he did whereas Gee was a lot more calculated and on the safe side of the limit. I bet if they had to do three runs at that speed Sam would've binned it way worse on another run.
Maybe Gee wasn't lucky Sam crashed and deserved it and Sam was lucky not to really smash himself?

I read all the responses of "sam hill at VDS" before I read your original post... and now that I've gone back and read it, I'd have to agree.
If I was trying to show anyone how cool downhill is, I couldn't really think of a better clip. I'm sure you can find many 10s examples of insanity in there with ease.

If you ask any of the top pros on that run, I guarantee you they all would say Sam did not lose that race, Gee won it. Nico won because he beat the clock, not because Palmer ate tarmac. Palmer would tell you the same.
Nobody races each other. They race a clock. It decides who wins. Period.
As for a 10 second clip, the preview from I think Earth 5 or NWD 10 would do it. It should be 10 once you edit out the buildups and fade in and sponsor logos at the end.
