Elixir CR lever to Old avid Code brakes? 140mm rotor?

been using this setup for a few months now.
love the Elixr CR lever so i used it with some Code calipers i bought

Juicy-Elixir/lever-caliper, respectively is also a good combo...
Mixing and matching a set of Elixirs and Codes: I will be running the Elixir-Code for front and Elixir-Elixir for rear on one bike, and Code-Code and Code-Elixir on another bike. The Juicy-Elixir and Juicy-Juicy will be for another bike to sell. All bikes are 8" DH rigs.
