Wouldn't it be so sick if Five ten were to make some dh/fr gloves using the stealth rubber? Just was wondering if anyone else thinks it would work, maybe someone knows someone and can push the idea!

I prefer clipless gloves. I get better power transfer with them, but sometimes it's hard to clip out :D

i use pow high five gloves...best ever! the whole palm is full of tacky rubber. if you look at the pics, all the while is the tacky part. so amazing. plus they never break!

And they do the shocker glove. That's a winner.

Personal fave is Hex Armor gloves. Sandwich gave me a pair of puncture-proof lab gloves from them. Only gloves I've ever had that didn't split at the fingertips.

yeah that's a big plus about the pow high fives...they don't split at the fingertips. I remember buying my first pair of expensive gloves, dakine, and i had 2 split fingers after a 10 min run

Never heard of Pow, they look pretty good.

Although this whole Shocker glove thing is so juvenile and tasteless. Keep it in the bedroom. And yes, I do have a sense of humor, it's just a bit more sophisticated than Andrew Dice Clay.

If you disapprove of the shocker, would you be opposed to the "Show Stopper"?

yeah it's pretty juvenile, but their gloves are just incredible. They have a bigger name in the snow industry, but the past 2 years have jumped into the bike industry more. I found out about them bc i guess their pretty tight with bern helmets. If you can find a dealer near you, try them out. The first time i put on the high five, it literally changed my life. I can't stand wearing anything else now, and nearly all of my shop are wearing them exclusively also

Even better than my TLD GPs?

I feel like Sam Hill in these things...
Best gloves I have used to date. Having the silicon in that pattern on the palms makes for a great all around grip. No slipping around even in the wet with these on. I am going to say this again, BEST GLOVES I HAVE USED TO DATE of the 6 years I have been riding mtb.
