The Islanders are pathetic.
When are they going to move that team.

They had an announced 9,000 fans for a Saturday night game. The county is not going to build them an new arena, so just move them. I think them and the Panthers should be the first to go.

Hate to say I told you so, but...

Toronto has to be the hardest market to play in...WAY too much scrutiny, expecations are sky high for no reason other than it is Toronto.

Big Hawks/Nucks tilt tonight...GO HAWKS!

How long did it take the Leafs from going to the Stanley Cup to bums? They will never win.

TSN coverage on NHL Network of the Vancouver and Hawks game was great.

Big night last night. Pens beat the devils to win 10 in a row. The Blue Jackets win in a SO to end the Stars 6 game win streak. And the Leafs beat the Caps in a SO. The pens own the league with 40 points now!

How about the bounce back years so far for Timmy Thomas and also for Carey Price. Price is playing some really good net right now - big question - can he sustain this, and if so, will he be too tired come playoff time. Alex Auld has only played a few games so far and I don't see him getting a ton more time the rest of the way unless Price gets hurt or something.

And what the hell is wrong with Ovechkin this year? Too much partying and carousing with the ladies??

Crosby is playing dominant hockey right now.

And the Islanders - hell they probably would get beat by a lot of AHL clubs - they flat out stink!

It looks like thomas' off season hip surgery made all the difference. hes been saying in interviews he couldnt play his game last year due to the hip, he couldnt make those acrobatic and desperate moves once down. hes been playing out of his mind this year, much like the 08-09 season. hopefully he can keep it up.

the B's/Islanders game last night was a lot closer then the score makes it look. Granted the B's outplayed the Islanders for the most part it was a 1 goal game before the B's scored two empty netters.

I'm a little nervous about this game. Its already a big rivalry, throw in the fact that the flyers could end a 12 game win streak and take over first and it should be a pretty physical game.

The way the Pens have been playing, they have been hard to stop. Lets hope they keep it rolling!

That was a tough game. But the Flyers were surely the better team.

Hard to stay upset with Malkin. He had the only two goals but also lost us the game with that dumb penalty that the Flyers scored on.

It will be fun to watch them play in the playoffs.

Of all people to score the game winner...

Looking at the standings the Flyers and Pens have put a pretty good gap on everyone else.

who had the bigger tiara....crosby or ovechkin?
Neither really. They spent a little time on each but it is more about the teams and the games they have played in the past week or so.

This first episode the Caps are at the beginning of the losing streak so Ovechkin is all bummed and pissed.

Boudreau has some great locker room flip outs. Everything it is completely uncensored and the cameras don't shy away from the tough situations.

I didn't watch but I heard Boudreau comes across as a swearing buffoon in it with very little to actually say other than a cuss word every other word.

The Caps need a new coach.

Boudreau pretty much dropped f-bombs and left some BBQ sauce on his face.

I really didn't expect anything else when he could be fired and you just got beat by Rangers 7-0 for your 6th straight. And after all it's hockey.

The next episode should be interesting with the Pens dropping games to the Flyers and Rangers.

You ever been around hockey players? Criticizing an NHL coach for dropping multiple f-bombs is like going to Paris and bitching about all the idiots speaking French

Even God-boy Bylsma does it. And his team was riding a huge winning streak.

I loved the part where Talbot walked into the dressing room, and the first thing he says is "Fvck you Geno!" to Malkin. The Pens seem like a pretty tight room.

I htink Boudreau has run out of magic and luck at the same time...his days are numbered...maybe he can get back into movies?

Good win by my Hawks the oher night, 4-1 over Detroit. Maybe now we can get some momentum going?
