So I was cleaning my shock and tried to take off the Pro Pedal knob to get crap out from under it. I unscrewed the single screw holding it on and found that the knob does not come off. After reinstalling the screw, I can't turn the knob at all. Anyone encountered this/have a solution?

You reinstalled too much screw. Now it's screwed.
