QR20 to QR15 Adaptors

More specifically than model is year and model number because as I look at it your fork will have a 20mm and the hub will have a 15 so you will have to change the entire axle assembly which I'm not sure is possible but may be depending on the model number.
Based on the shimano tech drawings site it looks like the QR15 XT hubs can't be converted to 20mm. I could be wrong, but you can check for yourself:

The wheels/hub is a WH-M778. I looked on the website but couldn't find anything. Anyone else have input?

if you go this option, I'd recommend Hadley. their hubs can be converted between both sizes.
So can the No Tubes ZTR hubs, and I believe hopes.
You're borked, ditch the 15mm grabbage.
Hopes can go from regular QR to 15 or 20. You just get different caps.
wasn't aware NT was making hubs. that's cool. had a chance to try them yet?
I've been running early protos on my trail bike for about 18 months. Only one small glitch, which has since been fixed. All of my DH hubs in the last 12 months or so have been ZTRs, pretty flawless. They are loud (think hope) but I greased the **** out of them and they quieted down a fair bit.
As far as I know, there is a regular and a heavy duty model. They are both convertable to just about any format you can image (12/9 rear and 9/15/20 front).
Mike can be a bit more specific. I know one doesn't convert to as many formats and the other does, just not sure which.
cool. Are they aimed more at the high end hub market?
And the numbers geek in me has to ask, what's the engagement? total # of pawls? pawls on the freehub or mounted in the shell?
3 pairs of pawls (stacked in pairs), mounted on the freehub. The carrier just slides over them as usual. Pretty decent hubs to be honest.
Not sure what pricing is like, but i'd say they are a workhorse. Not super blingy like a CK or something, but well built, reasonably priced and just sort of disappear into the background.
Easy to rebuild as well, as I have had both of mine apart to grease, clean and inspect.
sounds cool. nothing flashy, just covering the basics, but doing them really well. can we expect a long term review?
Well problem is there isn't much to talk about! They went on, worked, and are still working fine. I forget they are there.
