Your face.
How did you make it go so clean in slo mo?

Also, maybe if you mounted a small light beside the go pro aimed back at you, that would help with the contrast and definition of the rider.

how wide are those bars they look crazy wide?
That is due to the wide angle lens of the Go-Pro camera.

Nice video, I like the angle. I'd like to see a picture of your mounting setup. I tried something similar this weekend but just mounted the camera on the bars, and it is too close to me so it's hard to see much of the background.

I'm trying to learn all this so excuse the newb question.

Is Twixtor primarily a plug in used for Mac (Final Cut?)

I know there is a slow mo feature on the windows live movie maker, I was messing with it the other day.. it seems ok... one of the things I haven't figured out is it seems when I uploaded the video it moved it from the 60fps to 29fps..

thats b/c WMM Live sucks.
i dont think Live can do 60fps, but there are no video hosting sites that can do 60fps anyway

If you use FCP, Cinema Tools is a simple method to conform 60fps footage to 24fps (40% slow-mo), without doing any filtering or altering of the image.

That angle is awesome... Have you tried mounting that thing to the seatpost shooting back toward your bike? I'll bet you'd get a crazy 3rd person video game looking shot out of it.

Damn, am I the only one of my friends that doesn't own a HD gopro or something?!?

Killer idea. I was going to try doing a reverse boom cam mounted on the helmet to do that. But that sounds like it could look better. Might be a little more rough though since its mounted to the bike.

Twixtor is a plugin for lots of editing programs, i use after effects for special effects. The twixtor website has free sample software so you can try before you buy.

download sony movie studio or sony vegas pro, they are both free for a month from sonys website. movie studio is relatively inexpensive and is pretty powerful. i just export all my videos at 29fps

Nice job playing with the slowmo filters, I'm surprised just how smooth it looks. The mount is quite clever too
Thanks,
I'm going to go for another test run with it soon, this time ill put a light on the bar pointing back at me to try to get some more light to the camera. Wearing a black shirt probably didnt help the low light situation much either.
