The berm wasn't his problem. He got bucked since his front wheel never touched the jump. Hate to see anyone go down that hard. While it was amazing to see him grind out the rest of the race and get a top 10 it was crazy for the medical crew not to flag him off the track. To me that was a liability to him and all the other riders on the track if he had a concussion.
Bubba reminds me of the cars I had when I was a kid. When they stayed on the tracks, they were ridiculous. When they got off the tracks, they blew through the wall, the door and across half a state. But man was it epic while it lasted.....
What a bummer. He tries to ride conservative this year and he stalls the bike one race and still crashes. Then he rides like old outdoor nationals James and ragdolls himself.
I guess now we know what James is going to show up from now on out. Anyways on the edge James is way more fun to watch.
I just saw the crash video. There is NO WAY he should have been allowed back on the track. He couldn't stand up and fell over getting on his bike. Those guys from Asterix who helped him get back on the bike are despicable, as are the medics who let him get back on. That's just stupidity.
