GOOOOOOD morning, monkeys! Happy Monday! ROLF!

A good weekend, all in all. Wife's birthday pretty much took care of Saturday. Yesterday I ran my first 5k event. Finished in 27:35, which I am thrilled with (goal was 28 minutes). 669 out of 2227 overall. I was hoping to finish in the top half, and I damn near finished in the top third. Not bad for a non-runner!

Blood donation appointment at 9:30. Good way to get out of work for an hour. :monkey:

You monkeys have a good day, and may your Asia posters not be gay.

Good morning! Busy weekend, but that's a good thing. Orienteering course on Saturday, yard work yesterday followed by grill and beers.

Actually watched pro indoor lacrosse yesterday. Versus is great for the lesser known sports and my son was estatic. I think I could be a lacrosse goalie, it seems to help to be, um, plus sized.

Good morning! Rock climbing Friday was pretty awesome, was able to scramble up the beginner lines and do a little bit of bouldering, now I just have to step it up a bit and try some harder routes. Did a ride with Crabjoe yesterday and had a rather unpleasant OTB. Hit my quad on a root and as a result I am walking with a slight limp. At least that's what I am telling everyone happened.

Gooooooooooooooood morning Monkeys!
Jet lagged this morning. Back home after 3 weeks in the southwest. The desert is a really cool place this time of year. Now the pile of work that has been graciously saved for me

Good morning.
I filled up the coffee maker last night, but forgot to set it to "auto". :disgust1: So, I wait.

Fun ride yesterday. There was a small fire in the neighborhood yesterday which was kinda freaky. Heli dropping water and the whole bit. I hope they get it under control today.

Coffee is READY.

I just got kicked out of the blood donor center for having low hemoglobin. They were all like "HAHAHA screw you and your low hemoglobin blood! ROLF! Try again next time!"

Morning Monkeys,

Had a blast at my first super d race down in Oregon. The trail was super fun and right up my alley for the type of riding I like to do. Ended up getting third with a small crash. Not to shabby. Looking forward to sitting in the rain all day digging test pits. Just another day in paradise. First downhill race of the season this coming weekend. Hope to continue my success on the big bike. Have a good one!

Happy Monday. It's super foggy here which almost never happens. We finished putting the bamboo hardwood flooring in last night. Sweet mother of god I am happy to be done with that.

Tied up in the basement
Morning monkeys. Kids are on spring break, so it should be a quiet week at work.

Did nothing but get caught up around the house Saturday. Yesterday was some fantastic spring skiing. I finally ventured my way onto the black diamond trails at the local ski hill and did pretty well, woot! Now I might be ready for some blues when I go to Gore next weekend.

Looking forward to the trails drying out and being able to start mountain biking, though. Just ordered new brake/derailleur cables and a new rear derailleur for my hard tail, and shorter crank arms and narrower handlebars for the road tandem. Hoping to get that thing more comfortable so I can get out there with my son more this summer.

I don't even bother anymore. My bp is usually 90/60-55 and my pulse rate is in the 50s when I sit still for any length of time. After once passing out and 6 rejections for the above heart rates, I stopped trying.
