aham73, can you take a picture of DT protector to show me how far under BB it reaches?
Hey man, my bike is 2500 miles away right now, but the DT protector covers literally every vulnerable spot. It stretches down to the plane of the BB, overlapping protection with that provided by the bashguard.

Poor thing only has one ride on it. Can't wait to get home this spring and head up to Diablo.

OK, not easy to take a pic ;)
So, it covers BB tube? I wonder whether it would fit my Glory, since DT shape and profile is pretty similar?

Huck Banzai, this is Session 88 2011, which has got different tubes and different protector, which is held with two bolts.
What aham73 has got and what I meant, was rubber reinforced with plastic (?) cover attached to the frames with zip ties.

ustemuf, very nice, clean build :) Spring looks kinda short, though.

did you have to modify the saint cranks to fit the bashring? i'm thinking about to dump my gamut chainguide, because it's sooooo loud, and to get some saint cranks and a E13 guide with bashring (SRS+).

My brand new trail rocket, super stoked on it. Going to be so much fun logging some hours on it come summer.

Spec list on request, weight 14kg almost on the dot, i have tried to go as cheap as possible so weight wise i am more than satisfied with it. There is going to be a few minor changes in the future though for the better.

Sorry for crappy mobile pic

Picked up a GT Distortion to test check it out!

Picked it up yesterday, only have 2 rides on it. No idea on Geo besides that it feels dialed from the very first ride. Rides like a mini DH bike with only 112mm of travel in the rear and 5 up front. I will measure the *HA to for fill your interweb needs.

Threw on a KMC X9SL in Pink, limited edition from KMC called "The Pinklady" to go with her super blinged out pink GT Sensor's Pink I9's, Pink noir grouppo... lets just say pink everything!

Heres another one of my girls race bikes that she just received as well. SUPER light GT Zaskar. Full Carbon, full XTR, Crossmax wheels and carbon Ritchey stem and bar!

And yes thats a 3rd place PRO womens wooden carving from the US Open a few years ago, needless to say she can RIP!

pretty stoked on how this rides so far

nice ride. very nice. I'm really bummed that my local shop that carries DeVinci decided not to bring in any of the Split Pivot line because it overlaps/interferes with the Santa Cruz line... the guy I spoke with said they were worried that this bike is heavier and in the same price range as the V10, which is carbon. He had a hard time seeing why anyone would choose this over the Santa Cruz... I told him I don't, and that I'd love to test ride one. Maybe next year he said...

anyways, very nice.... congrats :thumb:

It took a month or two, but she's nearly finished. Must rebuild wheels eventually.

This was the bike two months ago:

Custom painted Flatline, done at Procycle in St. George, Quebec. I must say that they did a nice job.

Bling all over

Mandatory weight picture. No contests won here, not a long shot.

Accurate geometry numbers are easy to come by when you have a full setup at work

HA: 63.25 degrees
BB: 13.5"
AC Height increased .86"

Part Spec:

Flatline WC Frame with 2010 WC paint job (neon yellow instead of white)
-1 degree Cane Creek angleset
Fox 40 Kashima
Cane Creek Double Barrel
Formula brakes
XO black shifting, 10spd. (Tricky setup here...)
KMC XSL Ti chain
Race Face Steal bar, direct mount stem and grips
e-13 cranks, guide ring (36T) and LG1+ guide
Schwable Muddy Marys Tubeless
Ragged wheelset that will be rebuilt soon. 721s on Saint hubs.

I never intended to have lots of gold themed stuff, it just worked out.

This is my first DH rig. The 2011 Kona Operator DH. As of right now I have only put a RaceFace Atlas FR handlebar (Purple). A direct mount stem will be installed before the season starts.

Cliffy posted his Trail Bike so I'll bite. Not a complete bike yet, I have all the parts on order or in hand sans wheels. Still can't decide what wheels to go with...

Finally got some wheels. Waiting for the conversion kit for the dropouts and wheel for 142x12. 24lbs even.

Headtube angle feels a bit (dare I say it?) too slack. Might lower the fork from 150 to 130. I'll take it for a few rides first.
