Towing the party line.
Air Canada. $50 anywhere in the world, and they don't normally weigh them or measure them. I've never had a problem, even paid the $50 for a bike to carry over 100lbs in random crap in a bike box.

Bingo. You saw my hockey gear bag this weekend right Zark? That ones not even a goalie sized bag and you could probably fit your bike in there.
I have a Dakine bike case. I paid for and I'm using it:rofl: It really does make packing and unpacking quicker and protect the bike quite well.

It seems like Air Canada is the call. Too bad they don't fly out of Santa Barbara
